Corporate Administration Intern
Role Purpose
To provide administrative and corporate support to ensure the efficient operation of the Corporate Administration Department. The intern will gain practical exposure to office administration, document management, meeting coordination, corporate governance support, and cross-functional administrative activities while developing professional workplace skills.
Key Responsibilities1. Administrative Support
- Assist in day-to-day administrative activities.
- Prepare letters, memos, reports, and other business correspondence.
- Organize and maintain office records, files, and administrative documents.
- Support general office operations and administrative coordination.
2. Meeting Coordination
- Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas and supporting documents.
- Record accurate meeting minutes and distribute them within the required timeline.
- Follow up on action items arising from meetings.
3. Document Management
- Maintain proper filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Ensure documents are filed accurately and can be easily retrieved.
- Support document control activities in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
4. Corporate Administration Support
- Assist in coordinating corporate events, meetings, and internal activities.
- Support preparation of presentation materials and reports.
- Assist in maintaining company policies, forms, and administrative templates.
- Provide administrative support for various corporate projects when required.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with various departments to obtain required information and documents.
- Assist in coordinating administrative requests from internal stakeholders.
- Support communication between departments for administrative matters.
6. Continuous Learning
- Learn company administrative procedures and corporate practices.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
RequirementsEducation
- Diploma or Degree student in Office Administration, Secretarial Science, Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge & Skills
- Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and document management systems.
- Knowledge of office administration and filing systems.
- Basic understanding of document control and record management.
- Able to prepare professional meeting minutes and business correspondence.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
