Responsibilities

Job Summary:
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations and assist in basic documentation and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document handling
  • Assist in preparing simple reports, letters, and forms
  • Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and filing systems
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Support coordination of internal schedules and meetings when required
  • Assist in office supplies monitoring and basic inventory tracking
  • Carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field
  • candidates with 1–2 years experience are encouraged to apply
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Able to follow instructions and work in a team
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to work in a routine office environment
