Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining company documents and records.
  • Perform filing of physical and digital documents to ensure proper record management.
  • Support daily administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document compilation.
  • Assist in the purchasing process, including preparing Purchase Orders (PO), sourcing quotations, following up with suppliers, and maintaining purchasing records.
  • Ensure all administrative documents are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding documentation and purchasing requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resource, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Internship period of at least 3 months.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: RM800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
