QA EXECUTIVE

Location: Jalan Kasawari, Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor

A. About Us

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Executive to join our Quality team.

B. Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

1. Maintain and continuously improve the company's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).

2· Manage quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, records, and controlled documents.

3· Coordinate and conduct internal quality audits, and support customer and external certification audits.

4· Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure timely closure and effectiveness.

5· Prepare quality reports, audit findings, and quality performance data for management review.

6· Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and company quality policies.

7· Promote quality awareness and support continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.

Quality Support

1· Monitor manufacturing quality and report non-conformance issues.

2· Assist in investigating product defects and performing root cause analysis.

3· Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Purchasing to resolve quality-related issues.

4· Support supplier quality improvement activities and customer complaint investigations.

5· Review quality records and inspection reports to ensure compliance with established standards.

6· Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

C. Requirements

i· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

ii· Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment.

iii· Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

iv· Experience in internal audits, document control, CAPA, and quality documentation.

v· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

vi· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

vii· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

viii· Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

xi· Experience in the metal fabrication or engineering manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
