• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Monitor store performance, sales, and operational KPIs while supporting initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Handle inventory management, stock ordering, receiving, and stock control to minimize wastage.
• Manage cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and store reporting accurately.
• Assist in staff recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower planning.
• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and complies with all health and safety regulations.
• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Retail Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or assistant management experience in the F&B, café, retail, or hospitality industry.
• Experience in coffee chains or quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in inventory control, cash management, and daily store operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
