We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Software Development Manager to lead our software engineering team in delivering high-quality, scalable, and innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader with excellent people management skills and the ability to align technical initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive technical excellence by ensuring best practices in software development, system architecture, and code quality.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and continuous learning culture within the development team.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and processes to improve development efficiency.
• Balance technical priorities with business goals to deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on software development experience, with at least 2–5 years in a leadership or people management role.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Solid experience in system design, software architecture, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Good understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and software development best practices.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring software development teams.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance technical and business priorities.
