Job Summary

Coordinate and manage construction projects to ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and management instructions. Plan and resolve site issues to maintain schedule, submit progress reports and claims, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote health and safety on site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction projects and assigned tasks to achieve timely and efficient completion aligned with project goals
• Verify that all work complies with drawings, specifications, and management instructions to maintain quality standards
• Plan and anticipate site challenges to ensure smooth progress and adherence to construction schedules
• Prepare and submit progress reports, claims, and certifications to facilitate payment collection and accurate project tracking
• Complete or hand over outstanding projects to management upon request or employment termination to ensure seamless transitions
• Ensure compliance with relevant Acts and applicable regulations on site to uphold legal and safety standards
• Promote health and safety awareness and enforce compliance for all work activities at the worksite to minimize risks
• Liaise with subcontractors’ health and safety supervisors to address and resolve safety matters related to subcontracted work

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction or related industry
• Valid Class 3 Driving License

• Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working hours: 5.5 days per week (Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm; Saturday 8:30am–12:30pm with standby at home for urgent matters)
• Salary: Up to $4,500 + Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) + Variable Bonus + 14 days annual leave
