Order Processing Specialist

A large glass processing and architectural glass manufacturing company in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is hiring an Order Processing Specialist to manage customer sales orders, coordinate production schedules, and ensure timely delivery from order confirmation until final shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer sales orders accurately in the ERP system

• Coordinate with production planning to ensure orders are scheduled according to delivery requirements

• Liaise with headquarters, suppliers, and business partners in China on order status, production schedules, and shipment arrangements

• Monitor order progress from receipt until final delivery

• Verify product specifications, pricing, quantities, and customer requirements

• Prepare and maintain quotations, purchase orders, delivery schedules, invoices, and shipping documents

• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely shipment

• Handle customer inquiries, order amendments, cancellations, and complaints professionally

• Analyse order processing performance and suggest workflow improvements

• Prepare regular reports on order status, delivery performance, backlog, and sales order accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

• Experience in order processing, sales coordination, logistics coordination, customer service, supply chain, or related functions will be an added advantage

• Able to work on 3 shift schedule

• Good communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Familiarity with ERP systems and order/shipment documentation will be an advantage
