Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Renewable)

Salary: Up to 4300 SGD

Job Responsibilitie

• Provide day-to-day support and administration for Microsoft O365 services, including user account management, mailbox administration, and SharePoint site creation
• Assist in Microsoft Active Directory (AD) management, including user provisioning, access control, group policy updates, and directory maintenance (preferably certified)
• Support and manage Microsoft Teams Rooms and collaboration tools
• Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco Webex and meeting room equipment to ensure seamless conferencing experience
• Perform basic troubleshooting for end-user issues related to collaboration platforms and IT systems
• Support compliance recording systems (e.g., NICE) where applicable
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations and user support

Job Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft O365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (certification is an advantage)
• Familiarity with Cisco Webex and meeting room technologies
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms setup and support
• Advantageous to have exposure to NICE compliance recording solutions
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and administrative skills
• Good communication skills and ability to support end users effectively
• Willingness to learn
