Tanggungjawab

  • Manage the entire project lifecycle and ensuring all stages were delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications;
  • Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations;
  • Liaise closely with architects, consultant’s authorities’ subcontractors, set guideline and provide to the team expertise and supervisor to the team;
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members;
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel;
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team;
