Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor, Gaji tinggi SGD 3,000 di SCT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of tender documents and quotation
• Analyze and compare prices from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure all prices quoted are up-to-date and competitive.
• Ensure all the variation orders are dealt with as efficiently as possible and provide early and accurate cost advice.
• Preparation of tender documents, and requests for quotation from different suppliers.
• Monitored and kept track of project progress as well as for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work.
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors progress payment and VOs, valuing completed work, cost-benefit analysis.
• Prepare and follow up on monthly progress claims

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor/ Civil/ Building Engineering.
• 3 - 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in BTO/HDB/COMMERCIAL
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications for construction sites.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, highly self-motivated, and a good team player.
• Meticulous
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Possess good negotiation and coordination skills.
