Job Title: Personal Assistant
Salary: $2,800 - $3,500
Working Days: 5 Days

Duties:

* Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Director/Manager.

* Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

* Handle correspondence — emails, calls, and written communications — on behalf of the executive.

* Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.

* Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.

* Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

* Assist with personal errands and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

* Follow up on outstanding action items and deadlines on behalf of the executive.

Requirements:

* 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Admin Executive.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

* Strong organisational and time management skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

* Able to handle confidential matters with integrity and discretion.

* Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
