POSITION : HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE (INTERMEDIATE LEVEL) Location : Klang Valley/ Kuala Lumpur Salary : RM2,000.00 – RM3,000.00 (Depends on experience) Job Availability : Immediate Hiring Key Responsibilities • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes • Manage HR documentation, employee records, and HR database updates • Support payroll preparation and statutory contributions (SOCSO, EPF, EIS, etc.) • Assist with employee insurance and benefits administration • Support expatriate-related HR matters (work permits, visas, renewals, documentation) • Assist in employee relations and HR inquiries • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company HR policies • Support HR projects and other ad-hoc assignments as required Requirements • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 1–2 years of HR experience • Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (SOCSO, EPF, etc.) is an advantage • Exposure to expatriate HR processes is a plus • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) • Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday Half Day • Possess own transports • Benefit: Travel Allowance, Overtime (OT), medical claim provided, kwsp, socso and yearly bonus.
