POSITION : Maintenance Executive

Location : Klang Valley

Salary : RM2,700.00-RM4,000.00 (Depends on experience)

Job Availability : Immediate Hiring

Key Responsibilities:

· Managing maintenance operations: This includes overseeing daily activities like cleaning & landscaping maintenance operation

· Supervising staff or workers

· Handling complaints and inquiries

· Liaising with Client report on the maintenance's performance.

· Conduct routine site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met and service agreements are fulfilled.

· Provide on-the-job training for cleaners regarding proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and equipment usage.

Requirements :

· At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.

· Ability to identify problems and issues and to recommend solutions.

· Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

· Strong decision-making skills to manage emergency requests and resolve site-level conflicts under pressure

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.

· Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday Half Day

· Possess own transports
