Requirements:

*Age between 20 to 35 years old.

* Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.

* Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in an EMS or high-volume manufacturing environment.

*Hands-on experience with SMT, PCBA or assembly processes is a plus.

*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

* Willing to work in shift-based operations and a fast-moving environment.

* Fresh graduates with strong technical background are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform in-process and final inspection of PCBA and finished goods.

Verify product compliance with customer specifications and internal standards.

* Identify, record, and report quality issues and non-conformances.

* Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

* Ensure inspection tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.

* Assist in quality audits and document control activities.

*Communicate with production and engineering teams to uphold quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
