About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and engaging Live Host to represent our brand during livestream sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee Live, Facebook, and Instagram. The Live Host will play a key role in driving sales, creating brand awareness, and building customer engagement through creative and interactive livestream content.

Key Responsibilities

• Host engaging and interactive live sessions to showcase products/services.
• Demonstrate product features, usage, and benefits clearly and convincingly.
• Interact with viewers in real-time: answer questions, respond to comments, and encourage purchases.
• Achieve targets and conversion goals during live sessions.
• Plan and execute live streaming schedules in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Stay updated on current trends, viral content, and competitor livestream strategies.
• Maintain a professional and consistent brand image during all livestreams.
• Provide feedback and insights to the team based on customer interactions and performance of live sessions.

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills; confident in front of the camera.
• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable engaging with a live audience.
• Basic product knowledge and willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected questions or issues during live sessions.
• Prior experience in hosting, acting, sales, or social media content creation is a plus.
• Knowledge of livestream platforms (TikTok, Shopee Live, FB Live, IG Live) preferred.
• Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
