Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organised Office Administrator to support daily office operations, training administration and customer communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administration and documentation
  • Assist with training registration, attendance, certificates and filing
  • Communicate with clients, participants and vendors through WhatsApp, email and phone
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, letters and basic reports
  • Maintain records, schedules and office files in an organised manner
  • Assist in HRD Corp / training-related documentation when required
  • Support daily operation of the training centre and other administrative tasks assigned by management

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
