1.Planogram Development & Maintenance

• Create, update, and maintain planograms for all product categories
• Ensure planograms align with category strategy, sales performance, and space allocation.
• Prepare planogram layouts for new outlets, renovations, and resets.

2.Space & Merchandising Optimization

• Analyze sales data, product performance, and space productivity.
• Recommend shelf space allocation based on sales contribution and margin.
• Optimize shelf layout to improve visibility, accessibility, and customer shopping experience.

3.Execution & Implementation

• Coordinate with Operations and outlet teams on planogram implementation.
• Support store opening, reset, and re-merchandising activities.
• Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with approved planograms.

4.Data & Reporting

• Maintain accurate planogram database and version control.
• Prepare reports on compliance, space usage, and improvement opportunities.
• Support post-implementation review and performance analysis.

5.Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Category, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support promotional layout planning and seasonal merchandising.
• Ensure correct product information, shelf labels, and pricing alignment.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in planogram, merchandising, or retail operations.
• Experience in minimart, supermarket, or FMCG retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of planogram software (e.g. JDA, Spaceman, Apollo or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to travel to outlets when required.
