Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Knowles Corporation is an internship position based on-site in Bayan Lepas. The intern will assist the HR team with day-to-day activities such as maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding documentation. Responsibilities may include helping administer HR policies and procedures, supporting employee benefits inquiries, and assisting with personnel data updates. The intern will also help prepare HR reports, participate in HR projects, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations. This role offers exposure to core HR functions in a manufacturing and technology environment, with guidance from experienced HR professionals.

Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing HR expertise.
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to assist in applying these in daily HR activities.
  • Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and handling confidential information responsibly.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar productivity tools.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bayan Lepas, collaborate in a team environment, and manage time effectively.
