Job Summary

Join our team as a Director to lead daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure exceptional service and hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow and high customer satisfaction
• Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to improve team performance and service quality
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain positive guest experiences
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards consistently to comply with regulatory requirements
• Assist with staff scheduling, stock management, and opening/closing duties to support operational efficiency
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies that achieve service excellence and meet sales targets

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrated previous experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory role
• Proven leadership skills by effectively managing and motivating teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and customers
• Ability to maintain high service quality while performing well in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
