Kerja Sepenuh Masa M-E Coordinator, Gaji tinggi SGD 4,500 di CORE Building Specialists Pte Ltd - Maukerja

1) Understand the works and coordinate among all trades

2) Scheduling of project, implementation, monitoring and exercising site control to achieve smooth progress of all activities.

3) Preparation of coordination drawing/shop drawing for submission.

4) Review shop drawings and samples prepared by subcontractors.

5) Preparation of Progress Reports and feedback on sub-contractor performance periodically.

6) Attend site meetings for liaising between consultant and clients for their needs and requirements.

7) Evaluate and approval for work sequence and method statements submitted by subcon.

8) Preparation of Operation Maintenance Manual upon completion of work.

9) Maintain good workmanship and satisfactory completion.

10) Assist in work site safety to achieve a Safety First Working Environment.

11) Lead the team of workers to full efficiency.

12) Handle any other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned by the Company.

Requirement

1. Minimum Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Related Fields

2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in local Construction industry

3. Proficient in Autocad and MS Project

4. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skill with all levels of people

5. Positive attitude and a team player
