Kerja Sepenuh Masa Facilities Technician (M-E-C), Gaji tinggi MYR 2,800 di Daya Bersih Sdn. Bhd. Federal Territory - Maukerja

Position Purpose and Nature

- Responsible for scheduling the repair and maintenance at all the facilities of the client.

- Conducts regular tests to identify any irregularity in the electrical systems, machines, furniture, or other materials that are important for the functioning of the facility.

Key Accountability and Duties

- Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of all university and company electrical and fire protection facilities and equipment, including maintenance of all plant records and logbooks.

- Maintain and operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management systems, and building repairs

- Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations

- Perform operationally. Preventive maintenance tasks and corrective work as instructed and in accordance with written order.

- Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken

- Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, fire/life safety, and other systems.

- Perform tasks independently, safely, and within the establishment's man-hour budget

- Support any after-hours building needs and activities as required

- Monitor the contractor engaged by the Company for specialist maintenance work.

- Ensure relevant types of equipment are well-maintained and serviced regularly.

- Comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.

- Performed any task as assigned by the CEO of Daya Bersih Sdn Bhd and the Management from time to time.

General Qualifications and Requirements

· Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Air-conditioning, or relevant TVET or Engineering field.

· Preferably with 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience in a relevant field.

· Team player with a positive attitude.

· Able to work with flexible hours, on shift duties, or weekends.

· Applicant must be willing to work either in the IIUM Gombak Main Campus, the ISTAC KL Campus, or the KL external sites.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
