The Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the site to ensure programs, services, and staff run smoothly and efficiently. This role serves as the primary point of contact on-site, coordinating schedules, supporting staff, maintaining compliance, and ensuring a positive experience for clients, visitors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site operations and ensure activities align with organizational goals

• Serve as the main on-site point of contact for staff, clients, vendors, and partners

• Schedule and supervise staff, volunteers, or contractors as needed

• Monitor site compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Maintain accurate records, reports, attendance logs, and documentation

• Support program implementation and troubleshoot operational issues

• Communicate regularly with management regarding site needs, challenges, and progress

• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff

• Ensure the site is clean, organized, and properly equipped
