Tanggungjawab

We are seeking a trustworthy, organised, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director with both professional and personal scheduling. You will manage calendars, coordinate daily tasks, and handle administrative matters with confidentiality and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and manage work schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Handle personal schedule and errands (family, home, etc.).
  • Manage emails, calls, documents, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records using Excel and other tools.
  • Coordinate with staff, clients, and external parties.
  • Provide general administrative and personal support as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role.
  • Must be proficient in Excel (formulas, tables, reports).
  • Highly trustworthy, discreet, and reliable with strong personal integrity.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
  • Pleasant personality, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Own transport is an advantage.
