Role Purpose

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work closely with commercial, operational, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain applications that support business operational processes. The position requires strong full-stack development capabilities, the ability to independently manage project delivery, and a passion for building scalable, user-focused solutions.

Your Responsibilities

1. Application Development & Solution Delivery

• Design, develop, and implement scalable business applications and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and frontend applications.
• Build systems that support analytics, operational workflows, and business decision-making.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

2. End-to-End Project Ownership:

• Manage development projects throughout the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Work independently to prioritize tasks, manage deliverables, and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.
• Support continuous improvement of existing applications and platforms.

3. Data & Analytics Development:

• Develop and maintain data integration processes, data feeds, and application services.
• Build dashboards and visualization solutions that enable users to interpret complex data effectively.
• Support analytics platforms and business intelligence initiatives.
• Optimize data processing and application performance.

4. Platform Support & Enhancement:

• Develop a strong understanding of internal business systems and applications.
• Contribute to modernization and enhancement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and improved user experience.
• Support operational stability and long-term application sustainability

Required Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Relevant university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, and stakeholder management experience, should be from a business-facing environment.
• Minimum 3 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as C# or Python.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing frontend applications using such as TypeScript or React.
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualization solutions.

Desirable:

• Experience with ASP.NET, Entity Framework, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy or similar enterprise development frameworks.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, or comparable relational databases.
• Database development experience, including stored procedures and query optimization.
• Exposure to dashboard development and analytics tools.
• Interest in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
