Available to start work immediately
RESPONSIBILITIES:To support day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations, including coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments.
To assist in preparing and processing shipping documents such as commercial invoices and packing lists.
To coordinate with transporters, internal departments such as customer service and purchasing to ensure timely delivery and collection of goods.
To monitor inventory levels and assist in stock control activities, including stock counting and reconciliation.
To update and maintain accurate records in the system (ERP / inventory system).
To track shipment status and follow up on delays or discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.
To assist in handling basic customer or internal inquiries related to delivery schedules and order status.
To ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.
Basic understanding of logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and support team operations.
