JOB SUMMARY:

The System Analyst gathers and analyzes business requirements, translates them into functional and technical specifications, and supports system enhancements. The role includes system testing, issue resolution, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure successful system deployment and ongoing support.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Gather, analyze, and validate business and user requirements

2. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

3. Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements or enhancements

4. Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

5. Identify, analyze, and resolve system issues

6. Prepare and maintain system documentation and reports

7. Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and external parties

8. Support system deployment, user training, and post-implementation support

Qualification:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

2. Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Knowledge / Experience:

i) Proven experience in system analysis, requirements gathering, and system design

ii) Experience working with web-based and database-driven systems

iii) Hands-on experience in analyzing business processes and translating them into technical requirements

Skills:

i) Strong verbal and written communication, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical

ii) Documentation tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

iii) Testing and UAT support

Competencies:

i) Creating clear, accurate, and maintainable documentation ii) Translating user needs into functional and technical specifications
