We are looking for a proactive and responsible Full-Time Operations Assistant to join our Hotel / Airbnb operations team and support daily operations across our properties.

Hospitality background is an advantage.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too!

Location 1: Genting Highland, Pahang
 Salary Range: RM2,300 – RM2,500 + OT & performance incentives (overall package depends on experience).
 Working Hours: Shift-based (arranged by superior)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist operations team to ensure cleanliness and smooth daily operations of properties.

• Handle guest inquiries and issues professionally and promptly.

• Manage inventory and assist with replenishment of supplies.

• Identify and handle any issues or emergencies during guest stays.

• Coordinate room arrangements for smooth check-in and check-out.

• Work closely with housekeeping team to maintain room quality and readiness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Possess own transportation and able to travel between different properties.

• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and adaptable.
