  • Plan, manage, and coordinate the Company’s Gotcha and Treasure Box events, as well as other operational programmes and activities.

  • Clearly explain programme details, procedures, and requirements to customers in a professional and accurate manner.

  • Handle customer enquiries and provide correct and timely information regarding programmes, services, and promotions.

  • Monitor programme schedules and ensure smooth execution of daily operations.

  • Coordinate effectively with outlets, customers, and internal departments to ensure operational efficiency and service consistency.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and overall customer experience.

  • Perform cashier duties and support sales activities to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.

  • Undertake any other duties or responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
