 Key Responsibilities

1. Set up, operate, and maintain audio, lighting, LED screens, projectors, rigging, and stage equipment.

2. Assist with stage preparation, rehearsal, setup, and dismantling for rehearsals and performances.

3. Conduct sound and lighting checks prior to events.

4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during rehearsals and live performances.

5. Provide technical support to event organizer.

6. Ensure all equipment is operated safely and efficiently at all times.

7. Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs of hall audio & visual equipment.

Requirement

1. Ability to perform well under pressure in fast-paced environments.

2. Strong teamwork and communication skills.

3. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.

4. Healthy and capable of handling equipment setup and lifting tasks.

5. Diploma in Technical, Electronic & Instrument Studies, or a related field.

6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

7. Preferable candidate staying Johor Bahru Area
