Responsibilities:

Network & Operations Support

• Support the maintenance and monitoring of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN and wireless environments

• Assist in troubleshooting network-related issues and escalate complex incidents as required

• Support the configuration and maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls

• Perform routine system health checks, updates, and data backups to ensure optimal performance

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures

Project Coordination

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT infrastructure and system-related projects

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes

• Support risk identification, issue tracking, and implementation of mitigation plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing, or a related discipline

• Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Skills & Competencies:

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CCNA, or ITIL will be an added advantage

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders

• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
