Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Internship to support our team. Suitable for students or fresh intern who are willing to learn managing depot inventory, ensuring accurate stock control, proper warehouse organisation, and timely receiving and issuance of goods in compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in stock receiving, checking, and arrangement.

• Support inventory counting and stock reconciliation activities.

• Help update inventory records and documentation.

• Assist in preparing stock for deliveries and operational needs.

• Support warehouse housekeeping and organization.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Willing to learn and gain hands-on experience in warehouse and inventory operations.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and organized.
