Full job description

The Data Entry Clerk (HACCP & Quality Control) is responsible for accurately recording, updating, and maintaining HACCP and quality control data related to production operations. This role supports compliance with food safety standards, internal SOPs, and regulatory requirements by ensuring all quality records are complete, accurate, and properly filed.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily data entry for HACCP monitoring records, CCP logs, temperature records, and sanitation checklists

Update quality control inspection data related to raw materials, in-process, and finished goods

Maintain production quality records in both hardcopy and electronic systems

Verify completeness and accuracy of QC and HACCP documentation before submission

Assist QC/QA personnel in preparing audit documents for internal, customer, and regulatory audits

Track non-conformance reports (NCR), corrective actions, and follow-up records

Coordinate with production supervisors to collect required quality data on time

Ensure proper document control, filing, and retention in accordance with company SOPs

Support other production documentation tasks as assigned

Requirements

Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Food Science, Quality, Production, or related field

Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety documentation is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry systems

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to meet deadlines in a production environment

Good communication and teamwork skills
