Responsibilities:

• Responsible for taking off quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission.

• Pre and post contract management responsibilities, contract negotiations and Contract administration.

• Attending site valuation, site meeting and preparing progress payment.

• To coordinate with project teams in administering contractual claims such as variation orders, extension of time, loss expenses, etc.

• Preparation of project budget and regular view and updating of budget & project income

• Tendering assignments such as sourcing for quotations, estimating, taking of quantities and other related tasks

• Ensure all contract administration and documentation are in compliance with ISO 9001 standards

• Liaison with site personnel and purchasing personnel regarding materials requirement of projects and administration matters

• Sourcing and selection of sub-contractors including sub-contract documentation with attending to subcontractors’ claim, progress Claim, variations and final accounts

• Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the company from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or its equivalent.

• Good knowledge of construction method and materials.

• Possess strong contractual knowledge and negotiation skills.

• Computer skills in Microsoft Office application and speedbrick are added advantages.

• At least 1-2 years of working experience.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
