Responsible for assisting clients in managing their loan facilities and ensuring compliance with banking requirements. Monitor clients’ CTOS reports, credit standing, and repayment performance to ensure all financial commitments are fulfilled on time. Proactively follow up with clients regarding overdue payments, loan obligations, and credit-related matters to maintain healthy credit profiles.

Review and verify client documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with bank regulations, policies, and lending requirements. Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to facilitate loan applications, renewals, and related processes while maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.
