Arena Modulasi Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our growing team in Senai, Johor.

This role is essential in supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records within the company.

Key Responsibilities

As an Account Assistant, you will be part of our finance team to ensure smooth daily operations:

  • Handle daily accounting tasks. (data entry, invoices, payments)

  • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

  • Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.

  • Support monthly closing and financial reporting.

  • Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.

  • Monitor collections, issue receipts, and prepare bank-in reports.

  • Prepare payment vouchers, petty cash claims, and cheque issuance.

  • Ensure timely and accurate AP/AR records.

  • Liaise with auditors, clients, and internal departments.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or other related certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.

  • Basic accounting knowledge with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

  • Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

  • Good communication skills and team player attitude.
