About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Assistant to join our team at YAYASAN AMAL MAAEDICARE' in Titiwangsa, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting and finance operations of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Performing data entry and reconciliation of financial transactions

• Preparing and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation

• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements

• Providing support to the finance and accounting team as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Accounts Clerk or similar role

• Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills

• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure

• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
