• Responsible for technical and administrative support activities including installation, testing, commissioning, repair, retrofit, modifications, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, engineering change upgrades, etc.

• Maintain accurate records and systems, while coordinating with engineering and design teams to resolve technical issues and support continuous product improvement.

• Manage customer relationships and deliver high-quality services to enhance excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Respond promptly and professionally to technical service inquiries, ensuring accurate and customer-focused support.

• Identify and isolate equipment start-up issues and implement corrective actions.

• Provide on-the-job training to customers and dealers on equipment operation and maintenance responsibilities.

• Represent the company in customer support and ensure satisfaction with equipment performance and service quality.

• Prepare daily work logs and reports, manage workflow documentation, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Analyze complex engineering problems and offer effective resolutions.

• Liaise with engineering teams, project engineers, and client to support and service delivery.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Product teams to support project and service objectives.

• Emphasize ESH compliance and participate in periodic required safety training.

• Ensure tools are calibrated and maintained in valid working condition.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
