We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional data visualization skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. As a BI Analyst, you will collaborate with various departments to understand their data requirements, perform data analysis, and create insightful reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

• Report and Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive reports and intuitive dashboards to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.

• Data Visualization: Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) to present complex information in a clear and visually appealing manner.

• Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.

• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and proactively identify areas for improvement or areas of concern.

• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support specific business inquiries or projects as required.

• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various data sources.

• Trend Forecasting: Use statistical techniques and forecasting models to predict future trends and provide valuable insights for strategic planning.

• Data Integration: Collaborate with the IT team to integrate data from various systems into a central data warehouse.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with BI industry trends and best practices to enhance data analysis techniques and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Power BI is preferred.

• Excellent SQL skills for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.

• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data modeling.

• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Information:

• This position require active participation in cross-functional meetings.

• Certifications in business intelligence, data analytics, or related fields are a plus.
