About the role

Galaxy Osteo Sdn. Bhd. is searching for an experienced and organised Admin Clerk to join our dynamic team in our Desa Parkcity, Kuala Lumpur office. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional administrative support.

What you'll be doing

1. To follow-up with customers on their purchase orders, preparing invoices and delivery orders

2. To pack finished product and to arrange transporter for delivery, support to customer

3. To monitoring on the stock level and arrange stock to ensure proper segregation and arrangement

4. To maintain office documents and files

5. To verify incoming goods/items and finished product prior delivery from the suppliers

6. To maintain store cleanliness by carry out routine housekeeping

7. Contributing to the overall smooth and efficient operation of the office

What we're looking for

1. At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a similar industry

2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

5. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

6. A team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
