Full Time Warehouse Operations Intern Jobs, in Rohlig Selangor - Maukerja

The Warehouse Operations Intern will support the warehouse operations team in ensuring efficient day-to-day warehouse activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to warehouse administration, inventory management, customer service, and warehouse operations while developing knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workplace safety.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining warehouse operational documents.

• Support the processing of inbound and outbound orders.

• Assist with transportation and delivery coordination.

• Help maintain customer records and documentation.

• Support billing preparation and invoice verification.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Assist with filing and general administrative duties.

During the internship, the intern will gain practical experience in:

• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Warehouse inventory and stock control.

• Inbound and outbound warehouse operations.

• Warehouse documentation and customer administration.

• Logistics coordination and warehouse processes.

• Workplace safety and operational compliance.

• Cross-functional teamwork within a logistics environment.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Willingness to learn warehouse operations and logistics processes.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Positive attitude with good time management and organizational skills.

• Interest in logistics and supply chain management.

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations is an advantage but not required.

• Able to adapt to a fast-paced operational environment.

• Customer-oriented with a willingness to take initiative and continuously learn.
