• Good in taking off quantity and subcontract tender preparation and award.

• Skilled knowledge in project cost evaluation & BQ preparation.

• Good in progress claim preparation and submission including subcontractors’ claim and certification.

• Well versed in the processes of contracts administration including contractual terms.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must possess min Diploma in QS/Construction Management/Civil Engineer.

• Min 5 years of working experience in high-rise building/mega infrastructure works (road, bridge, slope protection, storm water drainage, rail, etc).

• Candidate must able to work onsite at Kelantan.

• Free Transportation and Hostel Provided.

• Fresh Grad is encouraged to apply as OJT will be provided.
