JOB TITLE: Admin & Operations Assistant – Fleet Service Centre (Butterworth)

We're building something new — and we need the right person.

TORQ Service Centre is a newly launched commercial and fleet vehicle maintenance centre in Mak Mandin, Butterworth. We serve corporate and fleet clients. This is not your average workshop.

We are looking for an Admin & Operations Assistant who is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes ownership of their work.

What You'll Do:

• Manage job cards and vehicle service records in our workshop management system

• Prepare and verify invoices before they reach clients — accuracy is non-negotiable

• Handle client calls and inquiries professionally at all times

• Receive parts deliveries and update stock records

• Ensure all documents are complete, organised, and retrievable at any time

• Prepare monthly service and billing summaries for management review

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience in billing, invoicing, or financial recordkeeping — any industry considered

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn new systems quickly

• Able to work independently without constant supervision

• High attention to detail — an invoicing error is an expensive error

• Able to commute to Mak Mandin, Butterworth daily without issue

Employment Type:Full-Time

Working Hours:Monday – Saturday 8.30-5.30pm | 8.30-1.30pm (NO OT)
