About the Opportunity: Tackle the Company's Hardest Problems

We're hiring Special Projects Executives and Directors to form a new cross-functional team that works directly with senior leadership. This is a management-level team hire — you'll be embedded at the center of the business, solving the problems that don't fit neatly into any one department.

The role has no fixed job description by design. You'll be deployed across strategy, operations, finance, technology, and people — wherever the business needs a sharp mind and a high-ownership operator. You'll switch focus fast, work with ambiguity, and be expected to figure things out and drive outcomes without hand-holding.

This is not a role for someone who needs a defined scope to do good work. We want people who thrive on hard problems, move fast, and treat every assignment as theirs to land — not just complete.

What You'll Own

Solve Cross-Functional Problems — Hands-On

• Take on complex, ambiguous challenges across strategy, operations, finance, tech, and people functions

• Structure problems fast, identify what matters, and drive to a clear output or decision

• Work directly with Directors and C-suite as a trusted thinking and execution partner

• Switch between domains and contexts without losing quality or momentum

Own Your Work End-to-End

• Take assignments from unclear brief to delivered outcome — no passing back half-finished work

• Anticipate what's needed before being asked; surface risks and blockers early

• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders

• Manage your own workload across concurrent priorities without dropping the ball

Smarts — You can take an unfamiliar problem, understand it fast, and figure out what to do. You don't need to have seen it before to work through it well.

Ownership — You treat work as yours, not a task to pass back. You close loops, follow through, and don't wait to be chased.

Base skills — Structured thinking, clear written and verbal communication, and sound judgment under pressure. These are non-negotiable.

Relevant exposure — We don't require experience in any specific function. Strong equivalents from elite consulting, banking, investing, high-growth tech, or similarly high-bar environments are what we look for.

Attitude — This is a dealbreaker. No entitlement, no victim mentality, no corporate pass-the-buck behavior. We move fast and expect people who move with us.

Remote-ready & high-ownership — Self-directed, responsive, and accountable in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

• Bulge-bracket or boutique investment banking — Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Evercore, Lazard

• Private equity or buy-side investing — KKR, Blackstone, Carlyle, Sequoia, General Atlantic

• High-intensity tech — Google, Meta, ByteDance / TikTok, Sea / Shopee, Grab, GoTo, Stripe, Palantir

• Elite trading or quant firms — Jane Street, Citadel, Two Sigma, Optiver

• Big Four advisory, top-tier law firms, or frontier AI labs

Role-specific experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

Tools & Ways of Working

Google Workspace, Lark Workspace, Microsoft Office, and whatever collaboration tools the team uses. Comfort picking up new tools fast is expected.
