Key Responsibilities

• Lead property development projects from planning approval, design, and budgeting through construction, CCC, handover, and DLP.

• Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure timely approvals and project delivery.

• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, cost, and schedule to achieve project objectives.

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost controls.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

• Manage project risks, variations, claims, and contract administration.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth project execution and handover.

• Prepare regular project reports and updates for management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in property development, construction, or project management.

• Strong knowledge of development processes, authority submissions, contracts, and project delivery.

• Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in data centre, industrial, commercial, or mixed-development projects is an added advantage.
