Full job description
Hiring: Quality Technician
Location: Kajang, Selangor
Mechanical Technician:
Perform in-process and final inspections on all the units which are being assembled in the production assembly lines.
To record all inspection results in the appropriate inspection records.
To highlight to superior all non-conformities found during inspections.
To ensure that no defective finished goods are sent out (from assembly line).
Any other duties instructed by the Manager - Quality or his authorized designate.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC.
Able to read and understand technical drawing.
Able to read and understand factory orders.
Able to record required data on inspection records (check sheets)
Electrical Technician:
Perform in-process and final inspections on all the units which consist of switch board.
To perform functional test and unit run test.
To record all inspection results in the appropriate inspection records.
To highlight to superior all non-conformities found during inspections.
To ensure that no defective finished goods are sent out (from assembly line)
Any other duties instructed by the Manager - Quality or his authorized designate.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering or HVAC.
Able to read and understand wiring diagram.
Able to read and understand factory orders.
Able to record required data on inspection records (check sheets)
