Job Descriptions:-
Generate and send invoices to customers promptly
Ensure accuracy in billing and resolve discrepancies
Reconcile day to day transaction, bank statements and credit card statements regularly to ensure accuracy in the ledger
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between payments and invoices.
Maintain accurate and up-to date records of financial transaction
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Assist with external audits and tax by providing necessary documentation and information
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related Beld
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Willingness to learn and adopt to new tasks and challenges
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
