JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Manage projects to ensure completion within budget and schedule.

• Monitor site progress, subcontractor performance, and worker attendance.

• Prepare daily work plans and project schedules.

• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and other M&E service providers.

• Perform additional duties assigned by management.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

• Knowledge in design and AutoCad are an added advantage

• Able to coordinate, supervise and liaise with Clients, Consultants, Authorities and Contractors

• Good Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well at all levels

• Mature personality, independant, initiative, self-motivated and have good technical skills in decision making

• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Data centre project experience is an added advantage.

• Own transportation and willingness to travel.

• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
