About The Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow PPM Implementation Specialist to lead and manage the implementation, development, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow PPM module. This role requires deep technical expertise and a proven track record of successful deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow PPM modules, ensuring successful deployments.

Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, and Jelly.

Manage and integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.

Must Have

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.

5+ years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow PPM implementation, platform development, configuration, and administration.

Advanced scripting and customization skills in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, and Jelly, with proficiency expected in each.

Comprehensive experience in all ServiceNow PPM applications: Project, Demand, Resource, Agile, and Financial Management.

Proven experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and APIs, detailing specific tools and scenarios.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – PPM (CIS-PPM) is required.

Nice-to-have

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – preferred.
