We are seeking an experienced Senior Linux Administrator to maintain the reliability, security, and performance of Linux servers and associated infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (Red Hat, CentOS).

Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security hardening.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and file systems.

Implement and manage monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure system health.

Respond to alerts promptly, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.

Experience with hypervisors like RHEV Hypervisor and VMware.

Create and manage virtual machines (VMs) and maintain virtualized environments.

Identify and resolve system and application-related issues.

Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

Requirements

Must-have:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a Linux System Administrator or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and shell scripting.

Familiarity with virtualization and hypervisors (RHEV Hypervisor, VMware).

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-have:

DevOps experience and skills in automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Jenkins) is preferred.
